Rock-a-by-baby
I have a question:
How does creating a timed routine of eating and sleeping for your baby (particularly throughout the day) produce a baby that sleeps through the night, i.e. - 10-12 hours, by, say, 3 to 4 months of age?
Seriously, how does it work? I'm not being facetious or sarcastic. I know moms who swear that is why Junior was going from 7-7 with nary a peep by the time they were 3 months old, and that's great for them and there are plenty of popular how-to books out there that advocate this.
I just don't get how it works. Any one know?

But your experience kind of (anecdotally) proves what I've been thinking: some babies will just sleep through the night whenever, no matter what you do!
Good luck!
